Every worker is lazy! Morning or nights! Takes 10 minutes to ring up 6 people. They stand there and watch customers wait in line intill the line is full then your standing there waiting 20 minutes for 1 item!!! Ridiculous!!

Came to Radcliff to SEE How it Changed in 27 yrs. WOW ? IT SURE HAS!!! I received Very Friendly Service ? from All Associates Very helpful and Find. The suggestions for my meal were very good ?. I enjoyed sitting on a red table to eat ?. Peaceful plus happy PLACE. Very clean organized and stocked well for it being a busy place. Very clean restroom tidy and amazing place ?❤️. Thanks ? Everyone for an AMAZING VISIT ???.

The staff this morning was awesome. The assistant manager and the cashier were the only ones I saw. those two are a great team. Biscuits weren't burnt soft and it was a GREAT experience. Above a 5 star experience. Thank you

The Only reason this place is getting a 1 star is because (at least) the gas and food/drink are good. If this is all you need, then this will suffice. IF you are also looking for quality customer service (WITHOUT ANY PREJUDICE) ...... Do NOT; I repeat do NOT come here. My husband and I have been trying to figure out how to get our damaged/flat/off the rim tire taken care of.mwe have been parked just off property for a couple days. We gave them business as we could. I went to go ask a customer (OUTSIDE) for help to take my husband to a nearby tire place so he could get a new tire. Before I could even get the question out of my mouth; management RUSHED OUT, interrupted me and told me I cannot be asking customers for money. I flat up turned around a told her (in an irritated voice) that "I wasn't even gonna ask for any money". She looked at me and said, then what do you need. I told her that My husband and I have been over there sitting on a rim, and all I was gonna do was ask if someone could give my husband a ride to the nearest tire shop. Do you know that I did NOT even get so much as an apology!?!?! These people have been NOT treating us with the same courtesy and customer service as those NOT in need of assistance. Her (and the other workers) HAVE HAD to have seen us, because neighboring businesses have. Who was it that offered to help..... A gentleman from Re/Max ACROSS THE STREET!!!!

Cashier was very rude, she's rude every single time we go in. She's a team lead, Ronnie I think her name is. But the items we want are usually always in stock. Just poor customer service. Not friendly, no sense of humor.

Cashier was very rude and just in a bad mood her name was Kellie idk if she was having a bad day but her attitude was just not it and just overall not welcoming. This isn't the first time either, honestly just sick of it do better ?

Service is okay.. but if you try to wash your windshield might as well go somewhere else, the windshield wash nor paper towels are/have ever been filled up. I come here often but if I want to wash my windshield I have to go to the other one which is out of my way on my way home.

This is a really good place to get fuel, a drink, snacks or even some good cooked food. They have a good selection of prepared food and all kinds of good snacks. All of the ladies that I have had the pleasure of meeting, that work here, are very nice and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful employees. My only concern is, several times I have been in there and an employee has accidentally put my prepaid gas in the wrong pump. And instead of knowing how to switch it, they've told me to move my vehicle to where they accidentally set it. This has actually happened 3 times. Twice I was told to move, the 3rd time a manager was on site and showed the woman how to change the pump after the accident. All employees should know how to do EVERYTHING even when a manager is not present. It's very annoying when u have a car full of kids, load them in the vehicle, jus to find out u have to unload them and drag them in again to tell the cashier that your pump was set wrong! Other then that, this place is always clean, the fountain drink area smells like it's always just been cleaned or wiped down! If give 5star - FIVE stars if they could just get the pump setting down pat!
