The staff was polite, but that ends the positive comments. I wanted to send a package to Brazil, but the store does not have labels, packaging or even a scale to weigh the package. The web site strongly implies that we can expect full services at this location, although to be fair there are so many caveats that I should not have been surprised at the results. Bottom line, if you want more that just a drop-off location, go to a "real" FedEx location. *** Message to FedEx: Please make your marketing claims closer to reality. You are damaging your reputation with the current system. ***

This is strictly pickup and drop off they had no fedex services no envelopes or labels....this is completely free to get from fedex ??
