Me and my husband went there and told them exactly what we was looking for they had us fill out papers and wait in the lobby just for them to come out and tell us they couldn't help us and wouldn't even give us a reason all they said what we would be getting something in the mail the woman acted like she didn't even want to help us to begin with

Got lied to from the beginning on the 2010 explorer. Took almost 2 weeks to get it cause they said it had to have new brakes, oil change & go through inspection. That was a LIE. Had to put a new battery in it after 2 days of getting it, then the oil light came on for oil change, the brakes are squealing, needs new shocks & now new tires. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY!

My husband and I just bought our second mini van from there a couple of weeks ago. We had a couple hiccups with the one we bought but all got resolved with no hassle. We are repeat customers and I’m sure when this one is paid off we will be back again!! Melinda is the best. We love it there!!!

When I first bought my 2013 Ford Focus I thought I was getting a fair deal! However that's not the case!!! I owe 6 grand on a car that's only worth 1000 dollars and was deemed a loss by the previous owner insurance company after 2 MAJOR front end accidents!! EZ credit DID NOT DISCLOSE ANY OF THAT INFORMATION. YOU GUYS ARE CROOKS!!! Even if I still lived in the area I would never buy another thing from them even if it costed a dollar!! Legit! I am beyond heated!! This car was never should have been resold but they managed to squeeze 15 thousand out of a lemon!!!!

Omg, My 2001 mini van took its final steps on 03/04/2021. I am a manger for mcDonalds, right now I work different stores. So I needed a vehicle asap, I went to various car lots. Either down payment is to high or poor customer service. I get to EZCreditKY, I open the door and was treated like they had known me for years. Did my credit and application. Looked at the vehicles picked the one I wanted. Melinda Hager, the manager was on point. She had me approved with in 15 min or less. Low down payment, no hassle, FREAKEN AA SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMAMD..+++ I am in love..
