Ran well, considering it's in Radcliff.However the elder gent is developing dementia and does not enforce rules equally or fairly. This can be proven in a court of law; especially if the case is not tried in Hardin county.Suing before any negative actions are applied to the tenant may be best.

Refuse to pay for him cut grass after he damage my SUV with rocks flying from his lawn mower. He ask to see it an refuse to look at it. I guess I'm going to take him to court if you doesn't take care of it. I'm getting 3 estimate an taking it to him or court actions
