My husband and I went in on a Friday and spent well over 2 hours looking at furniture. We settled on a couch we fell in love with and other pieces of furniture. We got a business card and said we would call or be back Monday or Tuesday. We called back just now and we're told different prices that were talked about when we were there.
This is very disturbing to me and my husband as we just bought a new home and are wanting to furnish it with the furniture we fall in love with. Well I guess we are back to the drawing board on looking for furniture. Just said because it was going to be a cash deal out the door easy sell and their tactic of price change just lost them a $4k deal.
I will not recommend to any of my military and non military friends and family.

I had came into the store several months ago with my wife and mother in law to look at new living room furniture and met CJ. Very nice and hospitable gentleman. He answered any questions we had and did not pressure us in any way. He let us just do our thing and roam about checking out different couches and loveseats. We did not purchase anything on this time in but we were joyfully told to have a great day and to come back and see them if anything changes.
Months later my wife and mother in-law went themselves to the store and ended up purchasing a couch and loveseat set and I heard nothing but great things from both of them on how awesome CJ was and how helpful and hospitable he was as well. Next thing I know, he had a couple gentlemen show up who carefully removed and took my old furniture and installed the new ones that my wife had picked out. They picked up any plastic and set up the pillows not making any mess coming from the outside in.
It is very nice to see and hear of a person so genuine that no matter if it's myself or my wife and mother in-law that walk in, he follows the same respectful, helpful and hospitable tactics any salesman should. The best I have seen in years.
The furniture is still holding up great with no complaints.

I can’t wait to share images, dialogue from the manager and my story pending on them doing what’s right and just. Still waiting on a call from their “technician”. Will take down potentially when they keep their word. I purchased $2600 worth of furniture on 12/16/23… no small fee for this hard working educator. More to come on how I was treated when I raised concerns. Furniture came timely 12/30/23…. Holidays so I wasn’t home to truly enjoy my new items but upon… WILL COME BACK TO UPDATE. Again just a hard working educator being treated poorly by this business. UPDATE: The same day I made this post of course I get a phone call and a person to come out to look at the couch. Now, I was told by the person that clothing dye transfer to the couch is not covered by the company and I was explained the warranty. I accepted that and I’ve literally never heard back from them after the man came out to look at the furniture. Y’all I expected no follow up because I didn’t have faith in them to begin with. I was right… best advice is to purchase from a big chain store.

This place has a lot of great options on their floors. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and walked around and gave us his undivided attention. He listened to what we were looking for and even went through an online catalog to assist in looking for some additional options. He was not overly aggressive and answered any questions that we had. I do recommend giving this place a try as their options and selections are amazing!

Service is a little slow. When I went to pick up my purchase there was only one guy on the floor so we had to wait for someone to show up. Other than that it was a good experience.

Absolutely the top tier customer service in the furniture industry. They don't rush you at the door, they don't follow you around the store, IF there is an issue they do everything in their power to fix it. Always smiling, always clean store, and very knowledgeable of every item in the store. Weekly deliveries, payment options available if needed, or good ole payment in full.

Excellent customer service! They went above and beyond for us. We originally ordered a couch and love seat, but changed our mind just before delivery. They helped us out and told us that was not a problem. We went back to pick something else out (pic). We used the financing and everything worked out perfectly. We were not the easiest customers, but they made us feel comfortable. Day of delivery went perfect, the deliver guy called an hour ahead. They were in and out in no time. This place is a must go to for great quality furniture. We will be back in the future.

Hardin County’s best furniture store we never knew about.We went to the big furniture store in E-town by Ginza Japanese Steakhouse and it was all cheap particle board type furniture that would never last long enough to be worth it.We found this place and decided to stop in. The furniture is actually wood-built, solid, and sturdy. And the selection? Two entire floors of every type of furniture you could ever need. And the biggest surprise? The pricing was about the same as the other store with the cheap Chinese quality furniture!If you’re looking for good, quality furniture, I’d definitely recommend this place.

Just purchased Ashley signature series recliner Best comfort I have experienced in a recliner Could Not have been treated any better was not rushed best price I could find even searching the internet very pleased delivered within 2 hrs after calling back that I wanted it So Thanks to Built Rite in Radcliff
