Very unhelpful. I had a problem with my Hotspot. Was told to send it in under warranty. After explaining that I had already called the warranty company & they said the box needed to be troubleshot I was still turned away with no further help. Go to the location in Elizabethtown. Their customer service is much better. They solved my problem in store!!

Follow-up - My new phone came in and Andy took good care of me and got everything setup. It did take some time to complete the setup so be sure to give yourself about an hour or so. If there are a lot of customers in the store, this could take awhile.So far, so good. Came in at my appointment time (was told they don't do appointments - Verizon website says otherwise) and got all my questions answered and ordered a new phone. I was in and out in ~ 20-30 mins. Cameron was very helpful. There was no one else in the store at the time and I would guess that if I was behind several other customers, I would have had a long wait.

Only one person working the middle of the day on a Saturday. Don’t go here, you won’t get anything done. I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone for over a month, but every time I stop in it’s the same story. One person working, stuck helping someone on the phone for hours. Is this all they do here? Do they not want business?

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Waited for 2 hours & never got taken care of. The 1 & ONLY CSR stayed on phone (on hold) entire time with another customer. While 2 other customers waited as well. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible! Waited for 2 hrs and still had 2 couples also waiting to be helped! No way should there only be 1 employee in that store! Will never return!

Not helpful at all will not even pick up the phone and ask for them to hold they do not do there job and give you the wrong stuff and not what you asked for

Scheduled an appointment for 3:00pm, arrived at 2:50pm to see a sign on the door saying “out for lunch, be back soon”. It’s now 3:30pm and still not here. Tried calling the store, it rings, answering service says busy helping other customers and asks to leave a message but you allow you to because the mailbox is full. I’ve watched 3 different customers leave already.Ridiculous and unprofessional. If you have an appointment scheduled, have someone on-site at the scheduled time.

Buy a phone and service is horrible. Even your tech phone calls couldn't help.
