Worst experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Both on the sales and service side. Issues are still unresolved after 3 weeks, and phone calls are unanswered and/or unreturned.
Update: Sat down with the GM today, and he along with Jason (sales) and Rick (parts) have been working to get us back on track.

Abby in service was great. I needed new tires and an oil change and she had me in the next day and taken care of. See Abby if you need any service needs.

This is the best service experience I've had with a local GM dealership. It was quick, in and out and they exceeded all my expectations set forth.

Yes, I am very dissatisfied With Big M, Radcliff, KY. I have had more issues dealing with these people from getting financed to having to pay hidden fees before I could drive the car off the lot. Additionally, I was told we would keep our old plates, "we will take the tags off the trade in and send them to the clerk and they will be reassigned them to the new vehicle," so they said. That was a lie. Also, we have had the lender reach out to us concerning things that should have been taken care of at the dealership. The lender was close to reversing its decision on the loan. One would think that someone who has bought 2 cars from these people would get a bit more respect. I made the mistake of dealing with them twice, but never again!

My wife and I have been customers of Big M Chevrolet of Radcliff, KY for over 10 years. My recent experience on August 9, 2024, with John W. and the Service Department at Big M Chevrolet Radcliff, KY was outstanding. Our 2017 Chevy Silverado All-Star Edition 1500 was due for an oil change. As always, scheduling was convenient and easy. We had some important errands to run the day of the service, so John W. (our top-notch service advisor) let us drop off the truck the day before the scheduled service. The cost of the service was very competitive. While on the lot, we looked over Big M's growing Chevrolet EV inventory... just in case the war on gas-powered automobiles becomes a big concern going into 2025. If you are new to central Kentucky or have lived here for a long time, just know that you don't have to drive to Louisville or Elizabethtown when Big M can and will meet all your automotive needs. Thank you, John W. & your Service Department Team for your exceptional service, and for treating us like part of the Big M Chevrolet family. Semper Fi, Doug and Pamela of Flaherty, KY (Meade County)

First off, the inventory in stock on site is impeccable. And if they don’t have it, they’ll def get it for you even if they have to drive and get it! I bought a 2024 Traverse RS with the help of Tyler yesterday! He made everything so easy, quick, while also matching our being my and my husbands same energy. As I told everyone yesterday this was by far my best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Tyler made sure all needs were met promptly without hassle or worry. He even answered my call when he was off the clock (sorry Tyler I didn’t even realize). He’s a great asset to the dealership. However everyone there was SO friendly and ready to help! Thanks big M for my best deal yet!

I loved big m for years. But ever since their etown office closed their service department has gone down hill. They boast cheap oil changes but dont great you when you show up and stand in their office for 20 minutes past your appointment just waiting to check in. Better off saving time and spending a little more going to valvoline.

If I could give less I would. I bought my suv from them promised it be dropped off same day. Waited 36 hours total for it. Had the suv 3 weeks and been done for months. I did in fact take it back and the sales rep GOT UNDER MY HOOD!!!!!
THEY ARE SELLING LEMONS BUYERS BE WARE!!!!! GO ELSE WHERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Also would like to mention that when I test drove the Ford Edge the automatic starter worked and so did the inside charger ports and aux cords by the time I got it 36 hours later it didn't there was no detail I was pulling out candy and business cards from the previous owner that have her address and everything on it I could go to her house right now if I wanted to because Big M Chevy failed her to. You have been warned do not buy any cars from this place or you're wasting your money look at the other reviews not the BS 5-star reviews that their friends and family are posting I have reported them to the BBB and I'm also seeking legal actions if you would like to join me in this lawsuit like this review

I did not expect to purchase a vehicle that day. I sat down with Mark Langley and he listened. Instead of showing me the cars he thought I should buy, he took me straight to a car I told him I wanted. We looked at several vehicles and Mark and the team worked to get me a great rate and a beautiful car that I could afford. I’m extremely satisfied and will recommend Big M to anyone!

we purchased a gold 2022 Malibu from the Kia in Elizabethtown in February and put a big down payment on the car. We had to pick up from this dealership. In June my check engine light came on so we took it to Kia and they told us we had to take it to Big M for service because they don’t do the work at that location. My car was dropped off 6/28. On 7/11 I went to retrieve something and my car was moved through fresh asphalt & broken into. In 7/12 we were told they lost my car key and had to break into my car via locksmith. We opened a case with corporate & the general managers all avoided our advisors emails and calls. We went to check on the car again on 7/14 and the car was again moved and this time my key did not work- meaning my car was reprogrammed. They did not call us either time my car was moved or touched by a locksmith. Fast forward my husband went to speak with the managers. Nobody knew even though it had been 13 days since contacting corporate. In 7/25 when we did a trade in the car windows were down for who knows how long. After making a trade in deal and being told on part of the deal didn’t add up we contacted our advisor again who has not be recontacted by the dealership. We had someone call on our behalf today to retrieve the owners information so we could email them and we were told the General Manager and Owner are on vacation for 13 days.
