We took my daughters car there to get the air conditioner checked and Mohammed told us he would call when he figure out what’s wrong with it. He told my daughter that they should be some warranty left on it so we called the Kia store and ask about it and they said yes. We were about to pick up the car when he said very rudely that it would cost $200 because he fixed it already after we didn’t tell him to fix it so he wouldn’t let my daughter take it. He said either she pay $200 or she can come tomorrow. After he took the back off that he fixed what she now violated I warranty. He did not call and told us anything about what’s wrong with it. Mohammed is very rude. I would never advice anyone to take service from them.
So we took my daughters car to someone else in Radcliff and they said that Mohammed didnt even fix her car he rigged it and made things worse ! She got it fixed at that place had to pay $1000 but at least got a warranty! As for him we will take legal action through small claims court! Since he wont communicate in any other way!
We thought Omar was nicer because i knew him for years but i guess he changed and want to be like his brother! They both lie !
Some of u may THINK they do u right but u will see! I would never recommend anyone to take their car there! They tell u they fixed it and rigged it to last a bit then u gonna have another problem

My wife and I are on vacation in the area with 3 other couples. Returned back with the men late Saturday afternoon and she tells me our car has a flat tire (run flat). The inside sidewall had been shaved somehow. Called Bavaria Complete and they said they would do what they could. Took the tire in to them, it wasn't repairable and they did not have a new tire in correct size on hand but did have a used one. They put on rim and, since it was used (and expected to just get us home), free of charge. We were in a bind and they are getting us home.

We are so happy we called in and had Omar take care of our VW when the air conditioner and window stopped working on the same day! When it rains it pours, right?
We were able to drop it off on a Sunday morning and pick it up same day. Pricing was very reasonable and Omar was incredibly professional and helpful.
We will be back! Hopefully not too soon but we drive late model vehicles so it’s bound to happen! At least now we have a mechanic who is reputable and won’t rip us off like others you hear about.
Thanks for taking such good care of our car.

Showed up and they quickly and professionally fixed my BMW. No trying to upcharge or sell anything extra, awesome shop and they have weights in the back while you wait.

I called this morning about a spark plug problem, he had me come and fixed it right on the spot. Never over charged nor tried to sell other services not needed. He did a good once over and let me know what would be coming up. Will go back.
