THE PEDICURE WAS $75 AND ABSOLUTE TRASH. I was a walk-in, gel pedicure on Friday 21, 2024. The gentleman who took me in seemed to be somewhat in a mood, not very friendly at first. Eventually made conversation as time went on. Might just be his personality. I believed there were only 2 employees working when I came in. I was not given a service menu or offered "types of pedicures" so I'm not sure if there is more than one service available. I asked if there was guest WiFi, he said no. I was only getting one bar 5G (practically no service). The reasoning behind it was "it's the same WiFi used for our payment system and we don't want hackers.". He asked if I had AT&t and said that is the reason I don't have good service here so I was unable to use internet. The building felt like there was no air circulation and it was hot. Mind you, outside was 87 degrees. The pedicure was honestly trash, he only did my feet, literally. He never touched my calves or shins.. and no massage. When he did the exfoliation, salt scrub, he only did the top of my foot. Which was pretty confusing. When he did the lotion he only rubbed it into the top of my feet and ankles. Again, never getting my shins or calves. The building was clean and beautiful. They offer bottle water but it's $1 each. No price menu posted anywhere. NOT WORTH IT.

They really love to go after younger people that are less experienced. Hate this Owner has an ok attitude. Does not keep good conversations. Makes things very difficult and awkward when doing nails. After doing more research on prices, i will no longer be going back here. Fill ins cost me $70 plus tip! Average is about 20-30. Getting barley anything done for $70. Crazy. I should have put 2 and together. Also $70 is for plain nails! No design. Nothing. Just pink acrylic

Wonderful, professional, I like the make an appointment so I know when it's MY time. My nails were trashed from tips and gel, etc. They are looking better than ever.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon I decided on this salon after doing a Google search. It was a clean and quite atmosphere. I schedule an appointment and arrived 15 mins early. The nail tech got to work right away. This was my first time getting a gel set. The tech was informative and polite. He did wonderful work. I am very pleased with the results and I will definitely be going back for my next set.

They got me in fast and had to take a old full set off that had been bad from somewhere else and put a new set on and they are so nice and had no pain at all 1000 % recommend

I had a great experience with the nail tech Nathan. I came in on Saturday evening, probably about a hour before the shop was about to close. I had my nails done previous at another nail salon, which I had got liquid gel smh. Never again! But I walked in to American Nails salon not knowing it was appointment base salon. Nathan was with a client and asked me what I need. I told him and showed him my nails that still had a couple liquid gel on it. He said he could take the liquid gel but I told him I would be able to take it off because it wasn’t hard for me to bite off. He said he would get to me next after his client to do my nails. It was my turn to get my nails done and I showed him the nail color I wanted to get that I brought with me. He was very helpful with trying to find the exact color I usually always get on my nails. He cut and shaped my nails down so nice and neat. I truly like my nails and the experience I had with Nathan. He didn’t rush with my nails and took his time. I rather continue going to this nails salon then any other one here because it’s appointment base, which I am use to and not busy where your think your being rushed with your nails for other clients to be seen. I went in today as a walk-in. I did not see a sign that said appointment only (unless I missed it). I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my nails patiently. Another person and her daughter walk in as he is finishing up his client in the chair. He comes over and pulls them to the chair. I give him a look "like I was here first". He then tells me I will have to make an appointment. I am like why didn't you tell me that when I first came In?I have been sitting here waiting and was not told about any appointments. I feel this is very unprofessional and wasted my time. Honestly, after seeing the prices it was probably a good thing because they are over charging anyways. I went down the street to deluxe nails and got a manicure and pedicure for waaaay less than what this place would have charge for a simple manicure. I got right in and the ladies were so friendly. I do not recommend going to American Nails unless you want to over spend and deal with rude employees. The least he could have done was told me when I first came in that it was by appointment only.
