Toured this development over the weekend with my nephew and his new bride. Can you say “Wonder White Bread?” It’s like if The Truman Show had a baby with The Stepford Wives. SNL should do a parody of these Master Planned Communities where everyone is over 55 and full of Botox and dental implants. We laughed all the way home joking about how Boomers have totally destroyed housing

Kinda creepy. Everything is too perfect. I looked for imperfections and was happy to find them. It is like Disney World, but every day, like you step into a hallmark movie. There were multiple people wearing the same color pallets. I walked into an empty neighborhood, turn then it was populated like they had to load in.
Rarely black people though.
Easy to steal from.
Free US flag bricks.
Barely any style so every outfit is flashy
Basically the backrooms.

Nice town. Seems like retirees, yupees, and old money. Whole town is probably an HOA. Not a blade of grass out of place. Have you ever seen Pleasantville with Toby Maguire and Reese Witherspoon? Same place.

I live in this community and it works for my lifestyle. It's centrally located to the interstate by a few minutes. And also to shopping and restaurants galore. There is two gas stations 2 min down the road from me.

Went to the car show "Cars in the Commons" Very fun, lots of food and beverage options. And LOTS of cars! Very nice experience

This place is really unique. There're definitely a lot of cool things down there to do and see. Several parks, bars, restaurants, pools, dog park, pond, etc. I can't believe I just found this so recently. I had no idea how extensive the area is.
