“The container, pads, and delivery were clean and new. Items arrived in perfect condition. While customer service was polite, the communication and synchronization of local office with national office of delivery and pick-up times needs improvement. I received numerous communications with conflicting times for pickup of full and then, empty containers - this created stress and caused me to make several calls to ensure our container would not be picked up before we had a chance to empty it. The very short window of time to confirm pick up of empty container is only available via a phone call and thus is flawed if you are enroute on a plane and can't make a phone call like we were.”

“Cardinal moving made my moving experience so pleasant and easy! Chris O. And Jacob D.went above and beyond to ensure the moving process was a seamless as possible. Despite my sectional couch be large and hard to maneuver into my new home, the guys were able to successfully get the couch into the house! Before signing with cardinal moving another moving company was not so nice when I had booked them, I reached out to cardinal moving and it was the best decision I could have ever made. If we move again in the future I will 100 percent be calling on these guys to do the job!”
