What a wonderful boutique! I travel from Northern Kentucky to shop at Lulubelle’s several times a year. They always have beautiful cloths, unique finds, and amazing gifts. Recently, I was able to upgrade a lot of my serving pieces and I received numerous compliments. I love them!!! The owners are such special, creative and talented women. I always appreciate the time they spend with me and love their suggestions.

Was there yesterday and the food was a disappointment to say the least. Is was not seasoned at all. The grits were the worst I ever had. The vibes was were good. The music was on point. Please taste your food before serving it to people.

A cute and stylish shop with lots of bright colors and fun pieces. They had plenty of pretty fascinators and hats around Derby time! The jewelry and fragrance options were great as well.

I purchased a pair of earrings online from LuluBelles and retuned them before picking them up in the store. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back. It took 3 emails from me, the better business bureau, and my bank for me to get my money back. I will never shop here again and will never recommend this boutique.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order online on 12/22 and paid for expedited (2-3 days) shipping so that I would have the merchandise before we left for NYE. When I received the shipping confirmation on 12/23 it stated the item was shipped UPS. I called them several times with no answer so I left a voicemail and sent an email. When I got no response to either of these I called again on 12/27. Someone finally answered the phone. When I explained the situation all I got was a lame apology and refund for the shipping. How should have this been handled? Well, there were several options:1. Offer a full refund (item + shipping) since the item was not going to arrive in time.2. Check inventory to see if you had more in stock in the buyer's size and ship overnight with a return label to send the original item back.3. Contact UPS to see if you could make it right.I've tried rerouting the original item at my own expense but now I'm thinking just to return altogether. But with almost 2 weeks of rain in CA I don't know if the item will be okay outside. In addition, this seller only offers store credit and I truly have no desire to give them any further business as they obviously lack attention to detail and customer service.
