Working here from out of state. It appears they don't start working on your prescriptions until you show up for pick up. Have to wait "30 minutes" every time.

I go to this Kroger probably 3-4 times a week, very nice store. BUT they don't have enough black shopping baskets, I think they must be down to less than 3 or 4. It's hit or miss if you can find one, and it's been this way for at least six months. I don't buy a cart full of stuff when I go, I just like to carry the basket. I've asked several employees about it-they all say they know about it and don't know what happened to them all! Doesn't really solve the problem, guys. Seems like management should have solved this the first time somebody complained about it.

Exspencive. Used to eat their fried chicken once a week but new recipe is bad. Also cost to much.

I've never had a bad experience at this Kroger. The staff is super helpful and the "You Scan" personnel at night are the best ever. I love those guys.

The only thing I can count on with this Kroger is that the listed price will be less than what I am charged at the register, especially with meat. (And, no, the issue has nothing to do with coupons—digital or otherwise.)

I love shopping for groceries here, but the pharmacy is frustrating. The drive thru is always closed and no one answers the phone. The pharmacy staff are always polite and work quickly, so I assume they are understaffed. It’s just frustrating to drive all the way to the pharmacy without knowing if the drive thru will be open when I get there. It’s unpredictable.

Impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone . They will not answer, even when the prompters tells you to stay on line. Scripts can not be filled on same day. Even my doctors are unable to call in a prescription. Lines for pickup is usually stretched 100 feet or more . Can’t pick up scripts until after 4 pm. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Just close up shop.!…..

Gross cigarette smelling entryway inside in the morning.I am from Texas. We have Heb in Texas. Half the price of Kroger I but love getting to shop at Kroger when I come to visit relatives because it’s home. I drop my sister off at work in the morning before 7 o’clock so a lot of times this Kroger isn’t even open when I need to stop on my way home…but when it is at 7 AM it’s like walking through an ashtray first thing in the morning to get inside because the employees use that space evidently as a smoking area when the doors are locked before opening. Its gross. I noticed this at the side by the pharmacy and it’s disgusting especially to someone who is highly allergic. It’s a shock to my system. I will probably start doing my Krogering in the morning At Westport Road or 22 instead of stopping at Prospect for this reason. It might be the same by the grocery door, but I never use that door.
