Great employees! Lisa is always amazingly helpful and has so much product knowledge! If they don't have something a specific drink calls for sure ALWAYS finds me an alternative and our drinks always come out tasting great!

Very rude staff.I asked where was the Riesling and the guy acted as if I couldn't read by saying " see the sign". Then after purchase his comment to enjoy seemed sarcastic.

One of the employees was extremely rude. As I was browsing the bourbon section the employee was restocking and rudely stated, “excuse me, you’re in my way”. Excuse me, sir. I was browsing your store and was going to make a purchase. After this, I just walked out of the store. Unbelievable!

I asked for a type of wine they don't carry, after being ignored by the staff for ten minutes. Instead of simply saying, "no." The lady grunted at me and said, "Try again..."
