This Kroger by far is the worst store and pharmacy I have ever been in. if I could give it a zero I would. The pharmacy is worse than CVS! and that's hard to believe. They refuse to answer the phone or provide any truthful answers to the public. I wish som would build another grocery and pharmacy chain right on top of that store. The management truly needs to be replaced.

I’ve been shopping at this Kroger since it opened. While I’ve occasionally experienced a shortage of items I’m looking for, I have to say that the Thursday before the huge “weather event” we had before Christmas, the shelves were stocked, the number of employees working was adequate to handle the largest crowd I’ve ever experienced in a grocery, and everyone who was working was more than willing to help find things. The lines to check out were extremely long, but moved along. Well done Kroger!!!

This afternoon I went to this Kroger to return two items that I purchased last night. I had the receipt, the items hadn't been open and there was nothing wrong with them. The man behind the counter (not the woman that returned the items for me), was being extremely rude and condescending. I didn't think to look to see what his name was, but he was tall, late 40's/early 50's. About a week or so ago, I returned items similar that were the wrong kind (with receipt), the items to

This Prospect Kroger's is awesome! The staff go out if their way to be friendly and help. Also is not so monstrously big that you can find all you need without walking 15 miles. We're lucky to have it out here! Bravo!

Do not shop at this store. They care nothing about their customers. They have signs posted everywhere saying masks are required but when it comes to actually telling someone they are required to a person not wearing one, their customer service desk said they were not allowed to approach anyone and say anything. He said the manager could offer them one but they didn't have to wear it. He then shrugged his shoulders and said he wouldn't do anything. Then why have it posted on your doors? I know everyone doesn't take COVID seriously, but there are those that do. Be considerate and just wear a damn mask. And if your sick, STAY HOME! Just proof they don't care about their customers.

I came home from the Kroger store in Prospect KY and deleted the Kroger app from my phone and cut up my Kroger card because of the way I was treated at this Kroger. Kroger needs to be reminded that I am their CUSTOMER. They are not doing me a favor selling me their groceries, I am doing them a favor by buying their groceries. Or more specifically buying their toilet paper. Because I wanted to buy 2 packs, I was accused by the customer service manager of being a hoarded. I am 73 years old, I had not been out of my house for 4 weeks, since March 21. I needed a pack for myself and one of my daughters who has 5 children and asked me to buy a pack for her. The Kroger store where she shops was out the last time she was there. I am not a hoarder; I am a father trying to help one of his daughters. Who appointed Kroger the toilet paper police anyway? My total Kroger bill was over $200.00 this morning. You would think they might thank me for my business instead of making assumptions about me and attacking me. There were plenty of packs on the shelf of multiple brands. I will do my best to NEVER shop at Kroger again. I do have options, Walmart grocery, Target grocery, Costco, Amazon grocery, Meijer grocery, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's etc. I don't need Kroger, they need me. Hopefully I can live the rest of my life never walking in a Kroger store again. No telling how many thousands of dollars I've spent at Kroger in my lifetime and this is the way they treat an old man. The customer service manager completely ruined my day. I've been upset about this all day. And yes, he did finally do me a "favor" and let me buy the second pack, but he was a complete a** about it. He made me feel like I was doing something really wrong. Who the hell is he to judge me or my intentions? I repeat, hopefully I can live the rest of my life NEVER shopping at Kroger again.

This is a nice Kroger, but since the advent of COVID-19, the shelves for bathroom toilet paper, napkins, and paper towels have been bare! What is Kroger doing to get these products onto the shelves. Are its supply lines shut down? No answers are offered by Kroger when asked.

I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the customer service at this kroger. The man at the gas statiom made a money back mistake and shorted me so i had to go to customer service desk for my refund. very rudly and loudly called the man a R***** because he made a mistake. this continued with a few employees saying mean and similar remarks about the man. I should not have to go into detail as to why this bothers me but as a pediatric nurse assistant who works and loves special needs people daily this hurt me. very disappointed and is a poor representation of this store. will not be shopping here again.

I have lived in Prospect for 15 years. All the years shopping at the only grocery store here, I have had to endure constant empty shelves of commonly used items. Two days before Thanksgiving, I went in to a store full of empty shelves. No chicken broth to be found anywhere ! Went to Holiday Manor where they had fully stocked shelves. I now shop there due to the fact that this store is poorly managed and I'm tired of the frustration of you always being out of items I use frequently.

This is a very nice Kroger. Hence, it is in Prospect so I can't be too surprised. I would frequent this one more often if I lived closer, but only do so if I'm in the area. It's very clean and easy to maneuver around, so it shouldn't arise any issues for anyone. Most Krogers in general though are usually pretty nice. I typically shop at Trader Joe's, but will come here for groceries instead if I'm not around the St. Matthews area or I just need a quick trip. If you live in Prospect, it should be no shock that this is a great go-to for groceries.

Please advise your teenage checkers to not talk about their weekend hook ups while checking out their customers. It’s EXTREMELY unprofessional, I don’t want my young kids with absorbent minds to be exposed to such conversation, and because it’s starting to happen weekly I’m ready to take my business elsewhere!
