We had the pleasure of working with Vanessa, a sales consultant who was not only knowledgeable but took the time to understand our vision and offered expert recommendations that perfectly matched the home’s decor. Vanessa made the whole process feel effortless!
When it came time for installation, Eric, the technician, was equally impressive. He was punctual, professional, and meticulous with his work. Eric’s attention to detail made a world of difference, and he ensured everything was flawless before he left.

I couldn’t be happier. Looking at fabrics can be so overwhelming but Vanessa made it so easy. When we moved into our new home I didn’t think I wanted window coverings but the drapes gave our home a finished look. I am a seamstress and I can tell you they are professionally made. Draped in Style is so easy to work with.

I had ordered shades for my sunroom/breakfast area with the expertise of Lisa Thoma. They arrived quickly and were installed by Robert. I couldn’t be happier with the look and function of the shades. We recently updated window treatments in our living room and primary bedroom and worked w/ Jenn at Draped in Style -- she is THE BEST! Having worked with her on a project in the past, I knew the end result would be nothing short of amazing. She pays close attention to detail and always keeps her clients' wants and needs in mind. We just sized down and even with the challenges of smaller space I could not be happier with Draped in Style. The window treatments, upholstery work, pillows and wallpaper are beautiful, not to mention the excellent quality and workmanship. I went to Draped In Style after reading so many good reviews about them. Their store was in my neighborhood and I wanted to give local support to the business. However, my experience ended up being very frustrating and unsatisfying. I will refrain from saying who I dealt with but this lady was wonderful and knowledgeable at the initial consultation. However, after this I could never get an estimate from her. I called and texted many times, only to be told I would have it shortly along with apologies. After waiting over a month I finally gave up and ended up going with Spindle Top Draperies (Joyce) and receive excellent service from them. Update: I have updated my review more favorably after the owner called me and I received a written apology from the sales associate. I understand it was an oversight and I understand these things do happen. I appreciate both of these people reaching out to me.

My husband and I had a great experience with Drapes in Style. Everyone was so nice and professional. Our blinds came in when they said they were and we absolutely loved them. The guy who put our blinds up was so nice. Someone misplaced our master bedroom blinds at the office. When he finished putting our blinds up, he went back to office to look for the missing blinds. He found them and came back after hours to put them up. Wonderful customer service!!!!
