New to town, in the process of buying an old house on the edge of town. I started having my mail transferred over to the new address as 1 of many ways to prepare for relocatingAs we anxiously wait my kids ordered some things for their rooms but our packages did not arrive.Our package got deemed undeliverable and sent back and a vacancy notice was placed in my mailbox to be filled out who was receiving mail at the address so I filled it out with the family's names and placed back in the mailbox as directed. The next day the notice was picked up and my package I had to re-order was sent back to the sender again!What right does an individual have to refuse to deliver something just because they are not familiar with our situation? And to ask for an explanation, get one and still refuse to deliver. I'm sure the USPS district office will love hearing about the tempering and refusal to deliver.I will now order for a third time however, now I'll use a different company and find one that only ships UPS as they have had no issues delivering to that address.Just by reading previous reviews about this location I can make a fair guess who is responsible for such disregard to federal postal services. You should be ashamed.I'm very grateful the items labeled undeliverable and sent back were not medical and/or life saving.

Always a mission to get my packages when they deliver to the wrong house and I get reprimanded for it by having to pick up my items at the post office location. Always an issue of them not knowing where my packages are

Very poor customer service. I called the phone number (verified as correct) no less than 8 times in a two day period and no one answered the phone, so I had to drive all the way to the office to ask a simple question. The people working the counter did not apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. Neither did the service clerk offer a solution to my problem until I continued to prod him with possible solutions.

This post office is awful. You don't get greeted when you walk in. You get a rude attitude. I had a few packages I needed returned and upon bringing them in the angry lady behind the counter asked if they were returns and we said yes.... along with her nasty attitude and ugly look she was giving.... she proceeded to tell us to just pit them over there. The nastiness on her face and her tone was very uncalled for. Somebody needs to take anger management. You don't take your bad attitude out on customers. I might even drop future packages off elsewhere. I don't have time for this nastiness from a business or person.

This post office is amazingly irresponsible. They continuously deliver to the wrong address then make it your problem. I've been there multiple times regarding this issue with tracking numbers with no improvement. Gotten worse. I've had informed delivery state delivered when not there I inquired in office and they say it was sent back. I call that stolen. I wish there was an alternative to the USPS. Deplorable.

Horrible location! Will never go back to this office again, and neither should you!!! I dropped off 25 packages into their collection box, it's been a week, and no updated tracking!!! What did they do with them? Throw them away, lose them, keep them for themselves?? They know what they did. I wouldn't trust the people working there. The manager said, packages don't get scanned in the collection boxes?? What? All packages need to be scanned!!! They are awful lying people. Lost me $500 of product. Shame on them. They will get what they deserve. Go to the other offices!! Don't support that location please. No one will help me with this situation and I am not making it up...

Very quick service the people in there were very useful and help me find the right packaging to be able to send my packets that I needed and they were very nice and answering all of my questions the prices seemed a little high for shipping but other than that everything was good they enforce wearing masks

I only went to this post office one time. It was near my dentist office and on the way back home. No complaints. Easy to find. The line there was so so. I liked the stamps I bought there.

There is a reason why this post office has poor reviews. For starters this isn't the post office that delivers to my house it's typically a different location. I had ordered cosmetics online, and for whatever reason it was sent to this post office. I get on the informed delivery saying it was delivered Sunday and left on my front porch, and it wasn't. So I call the USPS number on the informed delivery site to let them know that it wasn't and they say they will contact me in one business day. This location calls me yesterday, and they need me to provide the tracking number so I provide it the lady says the carrier delivered it to another house, and they would get it back and deliver it to my house. She states she will call me in the afternoon when she called it was 830 am. The whole day goes by, and nothing. So I call this morning, and let the person know that answers that I am following up on my package. Same lady answers and says they went to that person's house were it got delivered, and they wouldn't give the carrier back my package. The lady then says I need to call who I ordered it from to get my refund. What upsets me is the fact that I need to call the cosmetic company for a refund when the post office clearly admitted it was their fault not who I ordered it from. The post office didn't even call me back like they said they would, or apologize for their mistake. I am so happy I don't have to deal with them, because I will make sure I no longer order from the cosmetic company so this doesn't happen again!

My in-laws live in Princeton, and the lady often doesn’t come until very late on Saturday. It’s 6:00 P.M. on Saturday and the mail still hasn’t arrived.

Dorothy has been very helpful finding a package I mailed 26 days ago, when I mailed this box my local post office (mid Missouri) keyed it in to go to Georgia instead of Kentucky she located the parcel it's going back to Georgia but then being redirected to Kentucky where it it belongs
