WOW!! I won't go into detail as there would be too much to be thankful for. Let me just say the customer service and attention to detail was outstanding! I had an issue with a tire leaking as my family and I were traveling through town. The friendly smiles were great and I was put back in my vehicle in under 10minutes. The price-point could not be beat!!! You all were amazing and Truly Care about the way you treat your customers, thank you!

My family has been bringing vehicles here for years, but today reminded me of the exceptional customer service this particular location has! Mr. Gary Peters took extra time to fix an issue that had been created by the dreadful "Wal-Mart" oil & lube center... My husband and I have lived in multiple states b/c of our jobs- so sometimes Wal-Mart is our only option. Gary took extra time to explain the issue as well as our options and went above and beyond for me to make sure my vehicle was repaired CORRECTLY! I'll definitely be a loyal customer for years to come all thanks to his customer service and dedication to exceptional work. Purcell is a better company because they employ Gary.

We were weary travelers some twelve hours from home and headed to a family Independence Day weekend. We realized something was wrong with our tires--they were much noisier than they should have been--and decided to stay at a local inn. We decided not to risk a blow-out, so we found that Purcell was less than a mile away. The mechanic went on a ride with me, diagnosed the probable causer, put it up a rack and showed that there was uneven wear -- "cupping". A second mechanic checked the alignment, and took it for a second drive to verify the first. After this, he raised it on the rack and checked wheel bearings just to be certain. Unfortunately, they just didn't have our size in stock and we couldn't wait for them to get any ordered. It's not just the service that warrants the five stars--it's that they did this completely for free. Thank you!
