I went in around 10 am and made an appointment for 2:30 later that day. When I arrived at 2:30 for my appointment, the gentlemen who took down my appointment from earlier in the day proceeded to tell me it’s my fault because I didn’t sign in when I came in at 10, instead of making me an appointment. Two young ladies were before me. When I addressed the man who was supposed to have made my appointment, he brought me to a chair and sat me down. He then told me the ladies have been waiting for over an hour. I stated that “it’s fine, I can leave”, and I did. And I won’t be back.

They are very kind and hardworking here. They always treat you special and are excellent at their work. They do a really good job on custom requests and they are gentle. I've never had a set of acrylics last as long as the ones I've gotten here.
Cleanliness: The shop is always very clean and tidy. They use the appropriate disinfectants and liners for their tools and spa tubs and they have sneeze screens between the stylist and customer.
Stylist: Everyone has been friendly and patient even on busy days. They never act judge-y or annoyed and they do their best to give you exactly what you want, even if they end up working over. They make an excellent team and know how to work together so smartly.

I don’t understand why they even bother taking appointments. They always over book and you have to wait hours. I won’t be back this isn’t the first time it’s always that way. I would suggest if you pull up and it’s busy just find somewhere else for a manicure or pedi.

First time coming to this place. I’m not even from Princeton and I was hoping to have a wonderful experience. Sadly not the case. Door says walk ins welcome to my surprise that is not the case. I showed with my 2 daughters to get a full set on all 3. Was told it would be about an hour which of course I was a walk in I said we would wait. Upon sitting there for almost 3 hours I was approached and told no time for all 3 they can only do 1. Was stared at like we shouldn’t have offered to wait. I will never ever go back to this place.

I made an appointment for 4 and they didnt get started until 515, other than that the service was great and my nails are beautiful but I gave them a 3 star because of the hour long wait.

I love getting pampered at nail art!! always friendly, and always get great work at an affordable price. highly recommend if ur looking for a self care day. Gentleman, if u cant the find the perfect gift for ur lady, a gift card from nail art is always a great choice for any occasion!

It was my first time today using Nail Art and I have to say this was the best nail experience I've had. The people were so nice. They took their time and we had casual conversations. It was so clean and I love the music selection. The pricing was awesome. This is my always nail place. If I could give 10 stars I would. I definitely recommend this nail salon to everyone. Ask for cindy!!! Shes the best in my opinion! She knows exactly what she's doing, and she's very gentle and patient. Definitely would take my 5 year old daughter to her because shes so gentle!
