Receptionist is very rude. This is the first person you speak with at a company so I would think you’d want them to be friendly and helpful.

Great atmosphere, but for being down here in Kenyucky, I thought my nails would be cheaper than in Wisconsin where I live. I pay typically around $55-$65

I have been going to Hi Nails for years. This past spring/summer I was going every two weeks, getting dipped. Between Memorial Day and June 14th (the time frame between my nails) a wart popped up. I got it checked out by the DR, and she said it had to come from the nail salon not cleaning their tools properly. I have had to deal with the infection they gave me ever since. I always had a good outcome with my nails, but will not be back because it’s clearly not sanitary.
