Everyone at Dr. Talley's office are such nice folks! The office visit and exam were done and glasses prescribed... The day before my glasses came in, I spoke with one of the office staff about an insurance issue and she assured me that it was going to be alright, so I took her at her word... Sure enough, the very next day my glasses came in, I went to pick them up, and I am a happy camper! No problem whatsoever with the whole experience!

Very convenient. Yet they will take the time to actually examine you and get it right the first time. They worked with my job provided insurance and actually gave me money back bc my insurance payed more than they thought !!

The staff is fabulous and walk out knowing what is going on with you. Which in this day and age is rare. Most places heard you like cattle. Not here.

My main complaint is they are TOO AGGRESSIVE with APPOINTMENTS. (They make appointments for you) WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE ON TOP OF APPOINTMENTS YOU ALREADY HAVE set up with them. Then call to remind you about appointments you have with them, (set up by them and unknown to you), 1 to 2 days before, (much to your surprise). What kind of business practice is that, I ask you? This EXTREMELY IRRITATES ME!!! GET OFF MY BACK!!!
