I enjoyed the store itself but the clerk there she followed me around like I was fixing to steal something I hate that that is one of my biggest pet peeves I don't follow me around like I'm going to steal something that's profiling and profiling is wrong and if I had the choice to go in there and be followed around like a criminal then it'll be the place to go but I'd rather not so I probably won't be going back there

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter that deeply concerns me and requires immediate action. Over the past months I have observed and experienced instances of racial discrimination and offensive behavior within bealls company. It has become apparent that certain employees have engaged in racist actions and language, creating a hostile and unwelcoming environment for their colleagues. As an customer of bealls I strongly believe in commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. However, the recent incidents have demonstrated a clear departure from these values. The impact of such behavior on affected individuals, as well as the overall work environment, cannot be overstated.I urge the company to take swift and decisive action to address these issues. It is imperative that you guys foster an environment where all employees feel respected and valued, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Moreover, I encourage the implementation of comprehensive training and education programs to promote cultural sensitivity and combat discrimination within Bealls workplace!!!I am available to provide further details or participate in any necessary discussions on how best to address this matter. I am committed to working towards a resolution that upholds our shared values and ensures a respectful and inclusive workplace...

I was an employer of Bealls an experienced racism. I was never trained. The second day I was working the cash register alone on the whole entire floor as the Supervisors where in the back. Of course there was a walkie handed to me. You aren't trained unless you do something wrong that you don't even realize your doing wrong. The day I quit was the last straw in how I had been treated. Normally I'm told to leave at My ? time. We are suppose to Recover the store before our shift ends however with it being holidays I was Mainly stuck on the register. There were 3 Supervisors an 2 associates. I wasnt giving help to beable leave the counter to recover the store properly. I should have been giving 15 to 20 minutes to clean up all the fitting rooms, remove all items, clean glass & Go through each dept and make sure everything was proper. I had no issue with doing task, but the past few days they were purposely bring me various items that needed priced or returned to a certain dept as if i hadnt did enough work throughout my shift. However Supervisors where working the floor putting out new merchandise from the truck, an chose not to clean up areas as well. I was giving less than 3 minutes to recover the store. I asked why and was told to clock on out. Which turned into me confronting them letting them know they where purposely doing things to me an I was not going to continue to take it.That morning Hanna a supervisor unlocked the doors at 9 a.m. which is opening time as i walked to clock in. She an another associate was still at the door however she blames me for not unlocking the doors that she was suppose to unlocking. No accountantability. After i confronted the supervisors in how they were treating me so pourly they called for Dylan, As I was already leaving Dylan the store manager needed to feel superior an continued to tell me to keep walking to furthermore degrade me as they already had been. This was the treatments i received. Everyday they needed to find something wrong. As it was hard for me to train myself. They where very rude an condescending. You have to check your app daily for schedule change which could lead to no call no show if you think your off. They won't call an alert you an ur app don't alert any changes either. I wasn't told the schedule changes upon hiring.Working at Bealls of Princeton was very traumatic for me as I had built up the degrading from daily issues. You should lead by example. Everyone has the right to work in a place without feeling judged or if you have to be defensive because of how leadership treats you. The company rules wasnt the issue the leadership and their deliverance was. Bless it.

First time shopping there, found some good deals. I'm always needing socks. They had a good selection of good winter socks. I bought Columbia two color socks, thick so I can wear boots in comfort. Also, bought cologne. They had all kinds of Christmas gift sets of Polo cologne. It was a great deal, with all newer smells or scents. So, I bought my own Christmas gifts. I will go back soon.
