I'd give it a zero if I could. I went to the BP in Princeton, KY. Inserted the nozzle, selected the grade of gas and the pump charged me $.10 before I even touched the handle to start pumping. I went inside to tell the cashiers what had happened they stated oh it's the one he just worked on. I replied well can you cancel that, because I'm not going to pay for gas that I am not getting. Was told we can't refund it, but you could go to another pump. I replied, No, I will be finding another gas station. I will not return to a place that I don't know how much I am being charged or how much gas I am actually getting.
