“I had went in to exchange my toddlers shoes for a bigger size, and while there my son (18) called and wanted me to get a pair of shoes that he was wanting to buy for me. My daughter (3y) was getting really rambunctious and tired of being still.There was a girl working by the name of Courtney (hope that’s spelled correctly) and she was so flipping amazing! She played with my daughter who named her “Shelly”, she printed off coloring sheets and literally got down in the carpeting part of the floor to color with my little one to allow me the opportunity and ability to look at their selections and see which ones I wanted to get doing all that while still taking care of me as a customer!!!Now, I know that may not seem like much to some people, but to a FULL time single mom, who keeps her child full time no brakes, no baby sitters, day cares, no unsupervised play dates etc because honestly I’m afraid for her to leave my sight as there is no one I trust leaving my little one with.So to get just them few minutes of peaceful shoe shopping was very much appreciated and so I just had to come here and sing her praises because, like I said, my LO comes everywhere with me, and customer service like she has and displayed to me and my LO is very rare to come by these days!
