Two years in a row my taxes have been messed up by them at H&R Block. And I’ve still not got my 2023 tax return. I will not be returning for tax preparation. And I will not recommend your services to anyone I know.

Do not use H and R block. Their customer service is horrible. I’ve been passed around for weeks now, no resolution. Their security is horrible. My account was hacked and then the hacker used their electronic services to file a fraud tax return. Now IRS is holding my refund for up to 600 days. Emerald is now charging me $200 in late fees and refuses to remove fees. No one in management will talk to me. All offshore or mediocre customer service agents that pass you back and forth. I will never use them again. My credit is froze now and some strange person is running around with all my info. Thanks for nothing H and R block.
