I had to call back on Monday because my prescription wasn’t ready yet, and just as soon as I told them my name, they said they’d have it ready in just a few minutes. They had made a note Friday. Yay. Great service!

The pharmacy used to be very good. There not organized, there slow then they tell you that you have to come back tomorrow. Because they don't have all your medicine. Poor management.

Not like it used to be since Ryan left. I hate doing it, I've been with Food City Pikeville and Prestonsburg for like 11 yrs, but I have decided to switch to a different Pharmacy. Ryan was awesome, we never had trouble getting our meds, he was happy to help.

This pharmacy has an Awesome Pharmacist that works there!I don't know his name, but he stands out, because he genuinely cares about others! And he will do whatever he can to help you.Everyone there seems to be very nice and friendly.

Poor online service. This is the second online order we have placed and this is the second time we did not receive ALLOT of the merchandise we ordered. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

This is the second Food City I have placed a Gocart order with and it was a worse experience then the first one. First and foremost don't offer substitutes if your not going to actual substitute the item. Second if your allowing a person to select a time from the time spots you allow maybe you should make sure someone is there to actual bring their food to them. Yes we did put our number in wrong and they did try to call but if the time spots were correct to begin with then they wouldn't have to call. Third if a person selects diet sodas then you probably shouldn't substitute regular sodas. Overall the gocart experience from Food city has made me not want to do online grocery anymore.
