The low rating I’m giving has nothing to do with the staff at my local store. My issue is with their billing department. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and rude and disrespectful staff. I called with an issue with my bill and the lady I talked to immediately became disrespectful and talked over me and wouldn’t let me speak. I asked to speak with a manager and she sent me to a number that had no voice mail. I called her back to try and explain that the amount that was taken out of my checking account was not correct. I was suppose to be charged 32.00 per month. On 1-6-24 and I-7-24 two withdrawals were taken out of my bank. One was for around 39$ and the other was for around 47$. I called the billing department back and told them that I needed to know the amount for my monthly payments and on the day of the month that it would be automatically taken out of my account. I was told by the same lady in the billing department that that is not how they do the billing, she said that she bills the insurance each month. The insurance pays different amounts each month and once they pay their portion, then I will be billed for the reminder.I asked her if I don’t have an exact amount to pay each month and you can’t even tell me the day of the month that it will be deducted and she said that is correct because I cannot tell you because I won’t know until after I bill the insurance each month. I called my past and current insurance provider and they did not understand how this could happen. My prior and current insurance company called the billing department. All three of us tried to get the lady in the billing department to explain how they could take out any amount they wanted any day they wanted without contacting me. The lady again said this is how it’s done in the billing department. I am now working on with my current insurance to try to find another medical equipment company as I will not do business with a company that doesn’t know how much they are going to charge me each month or what day it will come out of my account.

My experience was bad I got a motorized wheelchair doesn’t work an quilpt gives an excuse that it needs charge I have charged an it quits on me before getting it out of van they don’t want to fix it for me

And my delivery driver is the best he goes out his way to take care of me knowing that Jacob Ballard is my delivery guy relieves my anxiety knowing his going to do what it takes to make sure I have my oxygen, his friendly and truly cares takes time to educate you as well. Jacob B. And the ladies in the office have been absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for better service. When we first needed their service Jacob came out set everything up and made sure we knew how to use everything. When we had an issue he (Jacob) came out and fixed it withing 24 hrs, and when their service was no longer needed they game withing 48 hrs to remove the equipment. Jacob even took the time to listen as I vented while he loaded up the equipment. Thank you all so much for your support and help though our time of need.

I know I can call the Hazard store and speak to Samantha Roberts or Chuck Morgan and they will get me oxygen or help with anything I need for my patients. Everyone in the Hazard office is nice and bend over backwards for anything needed to better assist the patient day in and day out.

For the sake of your health and those you love, Please do NOT ever use this company!! We have been clients for years, however, recently my husbands CPap machine stopped working, we were informed after multiple phone calls to the answering service, and two visits to the store there was a recall on his particular machine. When asked about a replacement machine, Cooley staff informed us that they had no machines and couldn’t help us. No therapist or supervisor would ever respond to our messages. When asked for suggestions or what to do, again we got a sorry, we are short staffed, and if my husband dies from not having his machine it would be on Phillips not Cooley. I am stunned and shocked that a company would treat patients in this manner. If they can not accommodate patients, provide equipment, and the services they advertise and have provided previously, they need to close their business.
