They where nice but maybe they just had a bad day. I wouldn't use them again. I had to clean each of the hamburger roll's before putting them in the freezer. It was nasty. Meat and blood stuck to each roll. I don't feel like I got a lot out of a hanging weight 526 pound cow . I will stick to using Halsey's Meat Processing.

I used them six years ago. Elk hanging wait 655 I never got half of my top cuts back. They take the meat that's why they have it to aell. Think about it and use someone else.

They do awesome meat processing. They have never done me wrong and their vacuum sealing is an A plus. I've tried ever butcher from Winchester to Huntington down to pikeville Appalachian meats inc. (The Mennonites) Is the best.

Amazing customer service, and for the quality of the products, the price is really cheap. Never had a bad experience here. My favorite is the Sweet Lebanon Bologna.
