I had recently went to another dodge dealership and they had told me all kinds of things was wrong and it was almost $6,000 to fix. When I got up to Kentucky for work I stopped in at Pogue. They looked at my truck told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it for 2800. They didn’t have all the extra stuff on it like the other dealership. The next day my abs light come on, I called them and took the truck back up there. They fixed the problem and put a new sensor in at no charge. Hands down the best ram dealership I’ve been to. All the employees was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Great place. Robert my salesman was awesome. It was the best experience I've ever had trading vehicles, and it didn't take all day to do it. If you are looking for new or used, it's worth the drive to check them out.

I had a great experience with my salesperson especially considering we bought remotely. I love my '22 Renegade. HOWEVER once we got a couple of states over the check engine light came on. We got an appointment at our local dealership to have it looked at and they found a MASSIVE rat's nest on top of our fuel tank! Techs said the nest was OLD and WELL ESTABLISHED. We now have to pay over $1000 for a new evap hose that was chewed through by the rats, as well as labor for the repair. The techs said it is likely the nest was present when we purchased the vehicle since the nest was too large and old to have been made in the couple of months we've had it. Seems like Pogue just cleared the codes and doesn't actually check their vehicles before they sell them.

To be honest, I heard bad things about this place so I was a little worried about trying to get a car through them but I was thoroughly impressed. Rob Moore was our salesman and the guy was as nice as could be and a real down to Earth kind of guy. He did everything he could to get me the best deal possible and I walked away with my dream car! If you have doubts, just go see Rob! I promise you won’t be disappointed

I have never had a dealership who couldn’t rotate your tires because of (swelled lug nuts). They also charged me 180 dollars to tape up a wire.

Be very careful when dealing with this dealership. Make sure if you buy a car that you get everthing done up front and not on a word (we will take care of it).Then if your car should need service , they will keep giving excuses and tell you, well that the way the car rides. They said that my Dodge Journey suppose to have a wobble when driving down the road..They will also argue with you that when I tell them I am not getting all my channels from my xmradio. Well they say : cause i dont have the premium channel. What they dont know is not all vehicle have the radio that get all the channels . If the Radio Id 12 characters it a sirius radio , if it only has 8 it an XM radio. I tried to explain this to the tech but yet he just argue with me and said they are same. Which they were not XM/Sirius merge back in 2010 or so.That not the only problem with the vehicle , wewere assured that on the test ride the remote was just a battery problem. That will be taken care of. it got worse sometime you can even open the door on the vehicle. The tech said again it the battery in remote , I replace that. still the same . now he says remote worn out . Ok so I have warranty . well they dont replace the (fob) remote. They said it a key not electronic. Well isnt the inside of a remote have electronic device? Warranty say all electronic will be covered .So guess where I am gong to shop for my next new car. You might be okay with your car purchace I just wanted you to beware, there not all like that. So if the employee not sure he should ask someone else and not just argue or give the customer an excuse.
