We live in Michigan and didn't want to drive into the unknown when buying a vehicle from out of state. The Sienna had a CARFAX and I knew most of what I needed. Max is easy to deal with and answered all my questions honestly and promptly without pressure. I got preapproved and we drove to see it. The Sienna drove well and within 2 hours we were driving back home with our brand-new used Sienna! No pressure for add-ons, Scott the finance fella was great. Brandon showed us the vehicle, got it cleaned and filled up the gas tank for our trip back. Then they followed up with an email! Thanks for a wonderful, personalized, trustworthy experience. I visited this store a few weeks ago. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though we decided to wait to buy a van, I know that we will be back to visit. Great Place!
