“I can't rave enough about this business!!! After I hit a large price of a blown out semi tire on 64 doing $3-4000 of damage he got my crv back and better than ever. He delt with an infuriating insurance company, and told me flat out that he would not put those cheap after market parts on my car. He was very up front about everything (good bad and the ugly), and he and Lilly are an asset to Shelby County and surrounding areas. Good job guys!! “I was rear ended and my SUV needed repairs. I visited Walker’s for information. He took the time to come out front look at my vehicle, took pictures, gave me a quote and advice (like a father would give) No other auto body repair shop gave me their time the way Walker did. Needless to say when the insurance payment came through I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue to Walker for repairs. The insurance also rented a car for me while my SUV was being repaired. It took walker and staff 23 days to complete repairs, they were in contact with the insurance company and enterprise car rental I didn’t have to worry or be stressed about anything. When the repair was completed I picked up my SUV …it was PERFECT!!!! It looks as if it was never rear ended. So grateful for Walker and staff. Would highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim”
“Joe/Joey was amazing in helping us find the right pressurized hose for my car. Though an older model at 2009, something as standard as that should be wide spread, one would think. However advanced auto AND auto zone failed to provide any actual help to what we were looking for. We could understand if something was so specific it would need to be ordered, etc. However Joey wasn’t some robot nor did he give up after a quick computer search, he helped us a million times more than anyone else. O’Reilly is where it’s at.”
