About Wasioto Winds Golf Course
Wasioto Winds Golf Course at Pine Mountain State Resort Park is a well-maintained, beautiful, and fun Kentucky State Park course. It is considered a gem and an incredible, champion-quality layout with greens that are often described as smooth, quick, and second to none. The course offers a mix of challenges across its two nines. The front nine is tighter, requiring target golf shots with roll and undulation in the fairways and greens, and features three par 5s, three par 4s, and three par threes. The back nine is more open and considerably longer, providing beautiful views from several elevated tee boxes. The staff is friendly and the facility includes a very nice gift shop. It is a busy place for adults and youth to practice, compete, and experience the art of golf, and wildlife is often seen on the course. As part of the Kentucky State Park system, it is undergoing bunker renovations to install a superior draining system. For those planning multiple visits, a Trail Card provides access to many recognized state park courses. While a drive for some, it remains a highly recommended course in the area.
Absolutely love this course. Played here for many years in the early 2000s and as late as 2019. Still a gem in the area Kentucky.

This is a well maintained, well laid out, fun, and beautiful golf course. The staff is friendly and we always see wildlife. The greens are smooth and quick but not super fast. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful course! Not to great for beginners unless you brought a lot of balls as there are many water hazards.
