Called to get my geriatric dog in, they took him right in, Dr Beth was the best, she was kind gentle and very knowledgeable she took a lot of time with us and we so appreciate you.

So my female siamese became a momma on the 9th of April and on the 10th my male Tabby who is neutered and not the father of my momma cats litter had gotten into the room where I had momma and babies and Momma did what any momma would do in a situation where they felt they or thier young were being threatened she Firecly defended her litter and did not vote out of the battle unscathed. She was pretty tore up and bleeding alot and as we had just moved to the area we had no idea where to go as it was after hrs. So I called Pineville Animal Hospital and rushed her 2hrs away to a place I nor Lollie had ever been, let me tell you, the staff and doctors were AMAZING they came right to the car to Triage and took her into yhe ER and started treating her right away! She had picture wounds ovet her entire body and ended up having to hav a total of 9 staples to close a thru and thru laceration to her shoulder and armpit. They fixed her right up gave her some fluids and some antibiotics and we went home.Thanks to the Staff and Doctors, Today she is alot better and moving around and she never stopped nursing. I would recommend Pineville Animal Hospital to anyone who had an emergency with their pets. Ps They are not terribly expensive

Friendly staff everytime we've been. Their prices are reasonable compared to others recommended by friends. Love that they're genuinely great with animals.

The receptionist is very rude. I don't have a cell phone (this is the only place of business that *requires* you to have one) and I was treated like a second class citizen. I called ahead to let them know I don't have a cellphone. Then when I got there a woman was nice enough to let me borrow hers and I was constantly berated because I didn't follow a "policy" I could have had no way of knowing. Then when they were calling in the lady whose phone I was using, I told the receptionist I needed to give her her phone back. I was told "No, because I have more questions." Then after standing outside in the blistering heat for 15 minutes, I was allowed inside and the woman gave me a hateful glare and didn't say hello to me. I am very unsatisfied with my experience and I honestly never want to go back. The rest of was friendly

Bell central is the best experience I have had over the past 9 to 10 years and I'm really going to miss everyone front there to from the amazing principals to all of the great staff I will always remember the fun experiences that I've had with everyone at bell central I greatly recommend to send your children there love u bell central staff
