Great place to go and workout. Brian is a good person. My daughter in law and I go 4 mornings a week. Love it cause we can go workout and it is only us. I don't feel like I am having to compete with anyone for the machines. This Mamaw really likes this place.

We were in town for holiday weekend ... excellent staff and equipment .. wife loved the select fitness equipment for women and free weight heaven for me . We will be back every trip !!
