If I could give this store 0 stars I would, unfortunately 1 star is the minimum. Today I forgot to bring my drivers license with me, yes that is stupid, I know but I'm human and it happens and seeing as I have a picture of it on my phone and I have shown this before and was able to pick up my purchases, I didn't stress about it too much., I cant tell you HOW many times I've held it up KNOWING good and well the associate couldn't tell you jack about my information on the dang thing to begin with OR the times I've left WITHOUT even showing it!!! No, I'm not entitled to any special treatment I understand that but the fact that when the woman at the front told me she couldn't give me my order with out my actual license in hand and I looked at her like a deer in head lights and she LAUGHED at me, When I tell you I saw more stars than what I'm leaving for a review I am not kidding!!! If policy was so strict, why isn't there plain in bold MUST HAVE physical copy of the id in hand, what if I was in the process of getting a new one and didn't have access to a printer to print off the info? Why did no one else say this is a one time thing the previous times I've been there showing a picture of my license on my phone, Again, I do not feel I should be entitled to any special treatment, I agree its dumb to forget a state issue id. But the fact that an associate, supposed to be professional, laughed at me to my face because I drove an hour for NOTHING really grinds my gears. Don't worry about ever calling customer service either, they aren't even in the united states, nor do they give any craps about customers. I will not only never be shopping at this ulta ever again, once my order cancels I am deleting my whole entire account and will never spend another cent with this store. And just to clarify, I would NOT have had an attitude if the woman didn't laugh in my face.

Absolutely the worst Ulta I have ever visited they need to train staff better. Cashier was to busy chatting with another customer and not giving a care that others were waiting while she talked about her BS makeup ideas and opinions, that is what store associates are for not you at the only open register! Wanted to return one gift had the receipt and credit it was bought with and the untrained employee decided she only wanted to argue with me when I did not want to add a phone number per her rules this was “required” at time of purchase and clearly it was not as my husband standing right beside me said he was not told he would not be able to return the item if he didn’t add a phone number. Manager came up and within one second said no just created an account and return it the drama Cloe cause was not needed at all.

Beautiful Ulta Beauty location here in the Appalachian region! I was checked on by a friendly associate shortly after coming in, and it was very relaxing to look around for a short while.
I called ahead to see if they had a product in-stock that looked like they may have only had 1 left according to the Ulta app, and sure enough, they had it and held it at the front for me!
I’ve been trying to purchase this particular product for months at other Ultas closer to my home, but the other locations have always had incorrect inventory on this item. Super impressed that they had the product I needed as an out-of-town visitor!

I stopped in last week after work. The young lady who greeted and processed my purchases was nice. Emilee was so friendly and patient, helping me find the right foundation color. She answered questions and helped me find primer and powder. I will visit again.

I wish I could rate the store separately from the salon because every non-salon employee I’ve ever interacted with at this Ulta location has been excellent, but last week I visited the salon for the first time and it was a miserable experience from start to finish.**Long story short: I waited an hour past my appointment time for the “master” stylist to butcher my hair, try and hide the damage with some lackluster flat iron curls, and then charge me more than $50 before tip.**I made an appointment with the salon’s master stylist for a signature cut. I got there about ten minutes before my appointment time and the other stylist working told me that my stylist was with another client and said my wait would be “a few minutes”. That few minutes ended up being over an hour. When I finally got into the chair I got a dry cut without the wash and conditioning treatment that the signature cut should have included. A few minutes into my haircut another client came in for their appointment, and my stylist started rushing to get me out of the chair as fast as possible. She finished cutting and before I had a chance to see the end result she turned my chair around away from the mirror and started curling my hair (I never asked for curls), and she burned my forehead with the flat iron in the process. The curls weren’t stunning but seemed fine enough, so I paid (with tip because I would have felt bad not leaving one despite the poor service) and left. I did at least get a discount for the lack of conditioning treatment.By the time I got home all the curls had fallen out and I saw what they had been hiding. I won’t lie, when I looked in the mirror I cried. My hair was jagged and uneven all the way around, and I had big gaps missing in the back from the stylist’s careless attempt at layers. Once in elementary school I gave myself a haircut with my little kid safety scissors, and even that looked better than this “master” stylist’s handiwork. I wish I had gotten a photo of the back because it was honestly indescribable. I know I probably could have come back and had someone fix it, but if that’s the kind of work their “master” stylist does then I don’t trust anyone here to touch my hair again. I ended up going to another salon the next day to have it fixed, and lost more than an inch of length in the process because of how uneven it was.If you value your hair, avoid this salon at all costs!

Having some problems with facial dryness. But. I really needed foundation badly as I have sun spots and darkness around the eye areA. The staff there was absolutely wonderful. Explained so much about some of the issues I have then complete explain of all the new foundation formula and wow . They have revamped so many added things we need while there is a lot of ingredients we don't need. And yes those girls really know their stuff in Pikeville KY. I can say that the overall visit to an Ulta beauty that day was great absolutely perfect service,info , plenty of check out open.. great store and staff

Please do not shop at this store unless you want to be treated rude. Cashier Franki must always have a bad day, because she is hateful to everyone who walks up to the counter. Will never go back!

Bought my wife a gift card from here and meant to go next door and get it from Maurice’s. Called the manager and was told non refundable even though I just walked out the door and noticed I went to the wrong store. Would not recommend this place.
