They’re always rude on the phone, they came way too early for someone I know but every time i’ve gotten a ride they always showed up 30 minutes early so I hope it was a mistake this time. The buses were really clean and the drivers were always super friendly and nice. I gave 2 stars only because I hate calling them to schedule only to get someone with an attitude.
