They definitely need a trauma ER and a regular ER. Waiting 5 hours when you are in pain is ridiculous.

My family and I are disappointment that the Blue Spruce on the 2nd Floor Main Entrance is not decorated for Christmas! Here's an idea. Have the volunteer department decorate so the patients entering and leaving can have some cheer.
