If i could leave a negative review that would be wonderful. My hrandson and I were unfortunate enough to get type A flu. Went to PMC pharmacy to pick up the meds and were told to return in 30 minutes each time. Well the last time I told the fellow who waited on me this time that I wasnt foing through the line again I had already been through there 6 time totaling three hours, i would just pay for the meds (they were having problems with insurance). I totally understand computer problems BUT when an employee calls city police on someone just for voicing a problem well thats beyond the scope of understanding. Granted i have had the flue for a few days, felt like heck and I'm sure i looked a whole lot worse and on top of that my kidneys hurt. However I was in no way hateful to anyone there. I am a very patient person and go out of my way to be kind to people who are waiting on me or being of service. So they finally gave me the total, I paid and was told to pull up to the doors, he brought the meds out to my car without an apology for the delay or anything, he never said a word just scurred back i side like he thought i was going to do something which was so silly. Thus i discovered they had called the city police. My lord what has this world came to when a person cant even make a comment about how they want to pay for something.

After an 8-hour trip to the ER for my wife's kidney stone, the exhausting day ended with waiting over an hour around midnight for her prescriptions. Only to be given five of the six prescriptions. No one said a word. No one told us they shorted us one.Thankfully my wife didn't need the pain medicine that next day but we have to go out of town on business so she grabbed all of her prescriptions and noticed that only five of the six were there. After driving back to the pharmacy and asking them why they didn't give us the 6th prescription. We were told that it was on back order and there's no way we could get it. After asking them why they didn't tell us that the night of and it could have been very very bad if she was an extreme pain and needed her medicine, they simply said call the ER doctor and explain it to him and get him to write another prescription. When asked why it was never mentioned to us when they handed us the bag or explained to us that one of the medications wasn't fulfilled, they simply had no response. Thankfully this medicine wasn't something that was life dependent like heart medicine, blood pressure, etc. Now the only fix is for us to try to make the appropriate phone calls and get a prescription changed. Even though the miscommunication was between the pharmacy and the doctor. Sad people person experience in my hometown.

went the pmc pharmacy. They said they didn't receive anything from the clinic. So now after waiting and wasting 3 1/2 hours for medicine I have none. After i got home they had called my house phone. To say they had the medicine, and making excuses why they didn't have it when I was there. I live 30 minutes away would be nice to have a good 24 hour pharmacy in Eastern Kentucky.

Had my meds sent here for them to tell me that they aren't accepting new patients and put my prescription on hold without calling me or my doctor. Now I've been two days without. They are also very short with me and rude. Will not be coming here again. Completely unprofessional.

I take Humira shots bi weekly. I called Monday to get them refilled, they say to call back Friday (today). So I call back today, they say “oh I have to order them, it will be a week”. THEN WHY DIDNT YOU ORDER THEM MONDAY WHEN I CALLED!? It’s always something with this pharmacy.. I do not recommend!

Worst pharmacy ever. They always ring up our medicine without the insurance and are the rudest people in the world when you question that. Horrifying service. Definitely need customer service training. They will also tell you over the phone that your prescription is ready and then when you go to pick it up and wait forever and a day in their one drive thru lane, they tell you that you don't have any prescriptions at all! Terrible place.

This is the most incompetent medically related facility in Kentucky. Every month there is a problem with my medication.

I needed a transfer prescription from Kroger no matter where I go Kroger has always been incredibly fast at transferring my prescriptions. I called here three days in a row, provided the pharmacy, the phone number, the alternative number, the prescription names, the exact dose, and the label numbers, everything they asked plus some. Every time they told me to give them a few hours. For THREE DAYS STRAIGHT I came through the drive-through and EVERY DAY they told me they didn’t have in the system to give them a few hours. On the third day I finally freaked out called them and Kroger. Turns out NOT A SINGLE PERSON I TALKED TO EVEN PUT IN THE REQUEST FOR THE TRANSFER. And the worst part of it is everyday I spent at least 45 minutes in the drive through for nothing! The third day I was there on a Tuesday, from 10:45AM to 11:50! Horrible. The one prescription they already had in their system took them two days to fill! I have never written a bad review in my life but this was the breaking point I guess. UPDATE: Fourth day I went and called TWICE and they STILL haven’t even called the Kroger! If this was something I’d die without I’d be dead. This is pure negligence.

They build two extra drive thru lanes but most of the time there's only one open. What's the point. Always have to wait in long lines.

Worst pharmacy ever. They always ring up our medicine without the insurance and are the rudest people in the world when you question that. I'm horrified from the service and the way I was treated today. Myself and my family will not be back.
