They have 3 drive-thrus but only 1 open with about 5 cars in line —why?

Had my meds sent here for them to tell me that they aren't accepting new patients and put my prescription on hold without calling me or my doctor. Now I've been two days without. They are also very short with me and rude. Will not be coming here again. Completely unprofessional.
