Great customer service, just not many workers to help if store is crowded. Has alot of stuff Walmart & Lowes don't carry. They do keys & engrave knives. Best selection of knives in area, from Case XX's to $6 no-name brand knives & everything between. Has alot of sales & deals & returns are hassle free.
