I am beyond furious!!! My daughter had an appointment scheduled at 8am 3/3/17.. she works at our local hospital and worked a 12 hour shift prior to her appointment.. she was scheduled with a stylist named Veronica .. my daughter was there for a color .. in which she was told would cost between 50-70 dollars .. first of all Veronica was late and didn't even get to start on my daughters hair until later .. my daughter is currently STILL there 6 hours later and now Veronica is charging my daughter more!!! I called and asked her about my daughter and told her I understand the price of 75 but what I didn't understand was .. that she was late and has had her there for 6 hours! I asked if she was going to even discount my daughter for the inconvenience.. she replied No ma'am .. this will definitely be her last visit there!!!!!! Talk about poor customer service .. the WORST!!
