The pumps may look really used, but I thought the nozzle and handles were in really good shape. Very flexible and the swivel between the handle and the line worked very well. Using Walmart+ to get 10¢ off was nice.

I'm going to knock them down a few star's. They got us use to the 100 points and get $.10 cents off on a gallon of gas and now I put my number in and it said 500 Points for $.05 off a gallon . When we need the discount the most it gets cut in half.

I had a promotional $0.15 off up to 20 gallon of gas, yesterday evening I tried three times two different pumps unsuccessfully to redeem. So, I completed fueling at a competitor.I had never experienced any issues before. Very disappointed with Murphys.

We pulled up to get gas and payed with card it took it out of my account it showed it but them the cashier said it didn't go thru but it did and we left with no gas and out 26.00 dollars I have receipt and when I went in to get the managers numbers and name she gave me their cell numbers you don't give cell but I will for sure call managers tomorrow I want my money back since I left with no gas..she also missed up on a couple more while standing in line

The Murphy gas station in Pikeville ky is the most rude and is nasty I was very unhappy with the service they need all new workers and manager.
