While in the market for a new vehicle to meet the needs of my personal and business requirements I met Josh …. I personally hate the process of buying a new vehicle but once I have made up my mind to move forward I don’t like to drag it on for days …. I went over to view the vehicle and make sure it’s what I was looking for as I wanted some specific options (I wanted a 5.0 not eco boost, with a center console and column shift instead of floor shift)…. The truck was as listed and I told Josh I would message him that evening and let him know how I wanted to proceed … trade in/finance/ etc …. The entire rest of the deal was handled via texts …. At this point Josh said I could come pick up my truck anytime …. I was busy with some business customers and told him it would likely be the following day … how ever he said he would deliver it and pickup my trade and sign the paperwork at my location … this is what we agreed on and it could not have went better … entire process once he got here took no longer than 5 minutes …. He has earned my business moving forward and I couldn’t recommend a better salesman …. Lifetime customer
