I do not recommend making a purchase you are unsure of as you will not be able to return it. You can only exchange it. Also if yiu get a gift certificate it is only good for 6 months. Buyer beware.

Took my watch in for the "lifetime guarantee" battery replacement of my watch. Watch could set the time just fine before taking it in. 30 minutes later an employee who took my watch who "tried" to fix my watch told me it messed up and the stem wouldn't go back in the watch. So then I get this ridiculous call back from the owner the next day. During this call he's not even acknowledging that I explained it worked before his untrained employee took my watch and broke it trying to replace the battery, and now it will cost to fix it because of damage THEY caused to it. F*** Hefner's Jewelers it's a trash a** overpriced jewelry store with 0 selection. Completely unsatisfied and disturbed by their entire lack of care to help a customer. NEVER SHOP HERE!!! 0/10

I was deceived by this business. I was told my wife could return an item I picked out for her as a gift if she didn't like it. Return means return and get money back. Not at Hefners once you give them your money you better be darn sure you like what you purchased because you are gonna be stuck with it or you can exchange it for whatever other piece of jewelry they have in stock. I do not recommend this store.

So I've just left Hefner's jewelers quite annoyed. My husband purchased a necklace earring set for me at Christmas which i didnt like. The lady told him it could be returned if i didnt like it which wasnt true and it could only be exchanged which was ok but they dont get in many new items. I went today and was talking to the lady who pointed out the gift certificate was expired. So David Hefner says depending on what i purchase he will let me use it i pick out a necklace which is $230 more than the certificate so he deducted 10 % of my gift certificate and let me use it. So i had to spend a total of $286 to lose $40 of my gift certificate. Thank you for having such good business practices Hefner's Jewelry. I suppose I didnt spend enough money nor am I rich enough to be treated fairly at this business. I dont understand the decision if I could or couldn't use it being based on what my purchase might be. So buyers beware of spending your money at this store.
