Cashier refused to ring up our coupon, despite it being on their website and salespaper. We asked beforehand and after, and were still refused the free bucket. Our first transaction was $40 and she never offered the product. The 2nd transaction was over $80. We spoke up and she said it was only for transactions over $30 or $15 for club members. We went out to the car to double check the sales ad and then went back in to show the cashier. She said we would have to go through and return both transactions and then repurchase the items to get the buckets.

They promised to hold a pallet jack for me till i got there and were good to their word. Hard to find that kind of service now a days.

It's a little smaller than most harbor freight stores I've been in. Great staff, very helpful and friendly.

Once again I drove 60 MI for an item that the website was in stock here but wasn't this stores website says it's completely stock store but it's not they do not carry a lot of the merchandise there's not even a empty place in the shelf but they'll tell you it's sold out

Love having a Harbor Freight nearby; not too close or I would be there all the time. You can find a number of great, long lasting power and hand tools here amidst a bunch of cheap stuff you're better off not buying.
