Generally this pharmacy is fine, however there have been numerous times now that they have fun out of a medication (for seizures) that I have needed to pick up and they do not feel the need to notify me that the medication is not in stock. This has left me scrambling to try to find out if said medication is available at any other pharmacy in the area. It is ridiculous that they cannot sent out a notification that my prescription was in fact not filled so that I have more time to try to find a pharmacy that can fill my prescription. It is now the weekend, at closing time and I will have to go without 3 doses of my medication until Monday because I will not be able to contact my doctor until then, and the pharmacy will not have the current prescription in stock. When you are in control on people’s life saving medication you would think you would take it more seriously and notify people that you are unable to fill their prescription when they place it so they have more time to try to figure something out about getting. Very disappointing.

Never going to this pharmacy again. They asked if had called it into the right Food City & I said yes, & the redhead talked to me like I was stupid & said "no" when the doctor clearly said Cassidy Blvd. I don't know if the Food City's enjoy battling it out, but don't take it out on your customers. Bad service.

It's always clean when I go. Now the workers are some what friendly. What I mean is u have to talk to them before they start talking to you. The parking lot is some what clean shopping carts but I never have seen trash in the parking lot

I'm in Pikeville for business, and rather than go out for every meal, I wanted to pick up a few groceries. Work colleagues recommended Food City, and they said this location would be better than the one that is South of the town. There's a good variety of prepared food and groceries. Attached, in normal Kentucky fashion, there is a wine and liquor department. Food City has a reasonable amount of produce, which was pretty fresh. The prices are fairly standard, and there is a free membership card for discounts. This location is in a shopping plaza with a Walmart and Lowe's, along with a bunch of other stores and fast food joints, so you'll be able to find most if not all of what you need in the area!
