The prices are affordable, the staff is very attentive and helpful, and the vets are caring and friendly with the owner and the animals!!! I had my puppy Harley admitted to their animal hospital for parvo. They gave her the best care possible. I called 3x a day for 5 the days she was in there. Every call the staff kept me update on care, meds, & process while also answering any questions.

Rude service from the front desk the lady was completely hateful said I missed the cut off time for Saturday service it would be 65.00 extra when I stood in line outside before the cut off time. All I needed was 2min from the doctor for a shot. Joey has always been great but the front desk Customer service is garbage. I’ll not be back even if my dog is parvoed out!!!

Visited on a Wednesday, no appointments are taken, show up and sign in for service. Prices are very reasonable, compared to other vets in the area. Dr. and staff were great. Pets were comfortable during exam and vaccine. Following COVID-19 guidelines. Remember Wear a mask.

They have always been amazing with our animals! They go above and beyond. Sometimes it’s a very long wait, but worth it for the excellent care. I strongly recommend!

Always receive excellent care. Staff is very knowledgeable. They are life savers (truth). My boy wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for Dr. Joey Great prices! I would recommend East Kentucky Animal Clinic to everyone.

They have been caring for my dog since she was a tiny baby. Everyone, front desk staff, assistants and vets, have always been very friendly and caring. They all act like they actually like animals. My dog absolutely loves going to see all of her friends at the office. If she could open doors she would be out of the car when we turned off the main road and would be in the clinic waiting for me. Great place!!

Wonderful staff, great with my dogs. I've been going here for years, and won't go anywhere else. Thank you all for such great customer service and for taking care of our furbabies and litters.

I am very thankful for this Vet clinic, we have been taking our dogs there for about 3 or 4 years, unfortunately they were all senior dogs when we started going here but they treated them very well and when they were in their last days the vet made them as comfortable as possible with meds while we kept them close to us. Now we only have one fur baby left and he is also a senior dog and is being treated for respiratory problems which is common for that breed, and also for nausea. He has improved a lot already but still has some meds to finish. Thanks to vets for their care.

First visit ever and will NEVER go back!! My 13 year old Shih-Tzu got sick over the weekend. I called after hours on Sunday and did get a call back. I expressed my concerns and was told he could wait until Monday. I took him in on Monday. X-rays were done. I expressed over and over that my poor guy was suffering and that I had prepared myself for the worst. Upon reviewing the X-ray it was confirmed that he was in CHF. He had fluid in his lungs. Again, I asked question after q
