This was absolutely the worse place I’ve ever been to have nails put on the place was dirty an the owner was so rude an when she went to do my nails she picked up a pair of nail clippers she had just used on another person an wasn’t paying attention to what she was really doing an cut my finger really bad I did not think my finger would ever stop bleeding she just laughed an said oh wow are you on blood thinners I said no an I guess it was a good thing I wasn’t she did not even clean the clippers she cut my finger with or wash her hands just wiped her hand off with a tissue an started working on someone else while waiting for my finger to stop bleeding nothing is sterilized nothing she did give me a discount but I’ll never go back there was blood still on the clippers an she didn’t even bother to clean them or sterilize the counter where my blood was on it only used a Kleenex to wipe the blood offService: Acrylic nails

Extremely rude and unprofessional! They don’t have any clue what they are doing and the blonde woman needs to just go home and quit. Absolutely terrible. They tried to force me into gel polish and ripped my nails off without trimming them and didn’t heat up the acetone! They’re extremely rude. Never ever going back.

Terrible!! Rude,product all over nails, very dirty store, nothing like it used to be. I wanted stiletto I got oval and paid 50 bucks. The lady every asked me to take off my old nails with a dirty file. I will never go again to California nails in pikeville. Plus it took 2 hours total.Service: Acrylic nails

NOT CLEAN. The only reason I came here is because Amy’s was closed and it was the biggest mistake. This place is not clean, they didn’t have the liner for the pedicure bath bowl and she used the same tools (clippers, cuticle clippers, files etc.) on me as the person beside me. She went back and forth between us with the same tools and it made me sick. I came home and scrubbed my feet with acetone to cleanse them. I’m not sure how they are even open to the public under this condition. DO NOT GO HERE.Service: Pedicure

Extremely unprofessional. Took walk-Ins before ppl on the "list". Clipped my skin while trimming my nails and burnt my thumb while filing. Put the incorrect color on my daughter. I'll never be back.
