Drove 2.5 hours to get to this dealer to check on a vehicle. The trade offer they gave us was a joke and they didn’t offer to negotiate it. I’ve done business with many other dealers who try to win you as a customer. Will definitely be going to central Kentucky to business with Don Franklin instead. Doing business in eastern Kentucky is a total joke. This whole dealership just gave me a bad vibe so I’m glad they low balled us like they did. They lost out on a few thousands $$$!

We were headed home to South Carolina and had an accident in our Telluride. We were able to drive the short distance to Bruce Walter’s dealership. Megan in customer service was outstanding. She worked us in and the mechanic determined our car had wheel bearing damage and was unsafe to drive the long distance back home.They gave us.a rental and did quality repairs.Very grateful to the team at the dealership.Maryellen

Warrenty on vehicle was not honored. Despite paying for extended warrenty for 3 years, I was told I had to contact all the places i had service to get records befoe I can have repairs made. I was not told to keep all reciepts for service at the time of vehicle purchase and extended warranty.
