The mechanics their are jokes they caused a leak in my trainsmission and broke my light tried to charge my insurance company for these things needless to say I took off that mourning it had no leaks but when I left walters it was pouring the trainsmission fluid and a broke light that they charged me for

Everyone at the dealership is super professional, super personable, and super respectful. I like the transparency they give when responding to questions and when providing additional information such as all discounts and warranties the vehicle qualifies for. Made a 2+ hour drive to test drive a different vehicle and was disappointed that the one location had sold it. Drove down the road to get cell service and located a different truck on their website. Looked up and ironically, the dealership was directly across the street. Walters has multiple locations. Went to Check out the truck we saw online but it was over budget and not really what my son was looking for. Then Brett Norman pointed us in the right direction and we ended up with the PERFECT truck. Pristine condition AND within budget. God had His hand all over this sale..Brett ended up knowing several people from my little hometown of Wheelersburg!!! It was the best experience ever for purchasing a vehicle, hands down!! Check out Walters!!! Luke they say, when others won’t, Walters Will!!

They are absolutely great to help you and has made it so easy to go back in after to get your vehicle serviced there that the hardest thing is waking up and getting there that day.,,,,lol But Eric the sales Mgr is on point and he knows his vehicles and its not the sale he is after ,it's the friendship and he rather tell you straight up than just sell it to you and have a enemy or be upset with the store .But him and Jason Bartley had my girlfriend traded and out of there before we got ahold of the insurance to switch it over literally,,but great and honest ,,,,,,

Well my experience wasn't the best. To start with there was a recall on my fusion and they went ahead and did that. Now my rear doors won't open from the inside and my passenger front window is out of track. I wanted my tires rotated as I do when my oil is changed and they said my lugnuts were swelled. I looked at them and idk if they were swelled or not because they're stripped. They said it would cost me 300 to get that fixed but it appears that a 12 point socked was used and it stripped them rather than took them off. Not satisfied in the least.

Do not trust this company at all with your vehicle. They are a bunch of thieves. It is disgusting the rates that they want to charge when they do zero work.
